If you’re a seasonal resident of Ohio’s north coast, Starcher Enterprises offers a home “seasonization” program to close down and open up your home each year.
If you would like to request dates to close down your home for your departure in the fall/winter and open it up for your arrival in the spring/summer, please use the form to the right and let us know your tentative dates. We will confirm these dates with you and take care of everything from there.
If you leave your house “in service” while you’re gone, please check out our Starcher Watchtower Home Monitoring program and have peace of mind everything is taken care of while you are away.
